CEO SUPER LEAGUE RULES 1/2026
“This league is intended to build friendships and strengthen positive relationships rather than focus solely on results. Every participant should play with sportsmanship, avoid dangerous challenges, protect fellow competitors from injury, and help create a positive sporting community.”
1Player Registration
A player may take the field only after registering in the system, receiving approval, and appearing on the website. If a player has not yet been approved, contact the team captain so the league can review their eligibility.

3Team Match Requirements
3.1Team kit — every player must wear the same team kit color during a match.
3.2Shirt number — it must match the registered number; a player wearing a different number may not play.
3.3Start on time — teams must be ready before every scheduled kickoff so the match can begin on time.
4Player Match Requirements
4.1Each team fields 9 players: 7 men and 2 women.
4.2A team may field more than 2 women by reducing the number of men; the total may not exceed 9 players.
4.3If a team cannot field a woman, it must notify the league in advance and will be deducted 1 point for that match.
4.4Borrowing women players — requires the prior consent of the player’s own captain and league approval. The borrowing team is deducted 1 point per borrowed woman, per match.
4.5A women’s player slot must be filled by a woman whose gender identity falls within the women’s category. The league does not discriminate against LGBT people; this restriction applies only to the women’s player slots to preserve fair competition.
4.6If a team has fewer than 9 players, it must report the available number and may play with those players.
4.7For safety, women players may not play as goalkeeper under any circumstances.
5Match Rules
5.1Substitutions — rolling substitutions are allowed at any time and must take place at the white halfway line beside the pitch.
5.2Restart from touch — when the ball leaves the side of the pitch, play restarts from the touchline.
5.3Corner kicks — when the defending team sends the ball over its own goal line, the attacking team receives a corner kick.
5.4Offside — players may occupy any area of the pitch; there is no offside rule.
5.5A male player who scores 3 goals must leave the pitch to give teammates an opportunity to play. A female player may continue playing after scoring, with no goal limit.
5.6Yellow card — the player must leave the pitch immediately, sit out until the next match, and pay a THB 1,000 fine to a foundation of their choice.
5.7Accumulated yellow cards — a player who accumulates 2 yellow cards is suspended for the next match.
5.8Red card — the player must leave the pitch immediately, is suspended for the next 3 matches, and must pay a THB 5,000 fine to a foundation.
5.9Serious misconduct — fighting, assault, abusive language, or aggressive behavior toward players or officials results in immediate dismissal, a lifetime league ban, and a THB 10,000 fine to a foundation.
6Additional Penalties
6.0 DEFINITIONS
A“Game Week (GW)” means a period designated by the league for official matches (GW1 to GW10), not a standard calendar week.
B“Consecutive Game Weeks” means consecutive Game Weeks in which the team actually plays. A bye or league-postponed match does not break the sequence.
6.1 TEAM YELLOW CARDS IN A GAME WEEK
AIf a team receives 3 or more yellow cards in one Game Week, it is deducted 1 league point. The yellow-card count restarts in the next Game Week.
BIf the threshold in (A) is reached in 2 consecutive Game Weeks, the deduction in the second week is 2 points instead of the standard 1 point.
CIf the threshold is reached in 3 consecutive Game Weeks, the deduction in the third week is 3 points instead of the standard 1 point.
DFrom the fourth consecutive breach onward, the team is deducted 3 points in every week of the continuing sequence (maximum -3 per week), and the disciplinary committee may conduct an additional review.
ERule 6.1 applies only to a Game Week in which the team plays at least one match. A week with no match does not break the sequence in (A)–(D).
6.2 INDIVIDUAL YELLOW-CARD ACCUMULATION
AWhen a player accumulates 3 yellow cards within an accumulation period, their team is deducted 1 league point.
BWhen a player accumulates 6 yellow cards within the same period, their team is deducted 1 additional point (a total of -2 for that player in that period, without duplicate stacking), and the player is suspended for the next match.
CAccumulation periods and reset — each period covers 5 Game Weeks: Period 1 is GW1–GW5 (reset after GW5), and Period 2 is GW6–GW10 (reset after GW10). Yellow cards do not carry from one period to the next.
DThe point deductions in (A) and (B) take effect in the Game Week in which the player reaches the relevant threshold.
EIf the threshold is reached in GW5 and the suspension falls in GW6, the player must still serve it. The suspension carries across periods; it is not treated as part of the new accumulation period.
6.3 RED CARDS
AA straight red card for serious misconduct (such as dangerous play, assault, or insulting an official) results in a suspension of at least 2 matches, subject to the disciplinary committee’s decision, and a 2-point deduction for the team.
BA red card is not included in the yellow-card accumulation under Rule 6.2.
6.4 EXCEPTIONS AND THE DISCIPLINARY COMMITTEE
AA team involved may appeal a penalty through the league’s designated channel within 48 hours after the match ends.
BThe disciplinary committee consists of 3–5 league-management representatives, including a representative with no conflict of interest in the match, and must complete its review within 5 days.
CThe disciplinary committee’s decision is final.
DThe committee may reduce a penalty only when a yellow card is found to have been unjustified, or increase a penalty when the conduct was more serious than the yellow card indicated.
“Compete with sportsmanship, build positive relationships, enjoy the game together, protect one another from injury, and remain friends.”
